Terms of Service for AgentSupport

Welcome to AgentSupport. These Terms of Service govern your use of the legal support for real estate agents services offered at agentsupport.biz.

Definitions

"Services" refers to legal guidance sessions, document reviews, and representation support for real estate agents.

"Infoproducts" refers to ebooks, webinars, and online courses provided by AgentSupport.

"Goods" refers to physical materials such as printed guides and templates.

Service Agreements

When you engage AgentSupport for Services, you enter into an agreement that includes an initial consultation and ongoing support as described in your service plan.

Infoproduct Terms

Access to infoproducts is delivered via digital download or streaming immediately after order confirmation. You agree not to share or reproduce the materials.

Goods Terms

Physical goods will be shipped to the address you provide. Delivery times vary by region.

Refund Policy

At AgentSupport we strive for client satisfaction. The following rules apply:

  • Services: You may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial session if no more than 50% of the service time has been used. Refunds will be issued via the original method of acquisition within 7 days of approval. You may elect to carry forward unused time to future sessions if agreed upon with your consultant.
  • Infoproducts: Due to the immediate digital delivery, infoproducts are exempt from refunds once accessed. We encourage you to review sample previews before purchase.
  • Goods: Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds for returned goods will be processed within 10 days of receipt.

Rescheduling Policy

For Services, appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Late rescheduling requests may incur a fee or be considered a session rendered.

Limitation of Liability

AgentSupport provides guidance but does not guarantee legal outcomes. We are not responsible for decisions made based on our advice.
